Pullman Guarulhos (SP) announced the arrival of Felipe Murbach to assume the role of chef at Base Steakhouse, which gained a new drink option to accompany the dishes served. In addition, the the hotel’s restaurant gained an unprecedented menu with special cuts, including wild boar, ostrich and lamb, in addition to the well-known Tomahawk and Picanha. The menu is available to the public since September 5th.
“The new menu brings a refresh to the menu, but always connected to the steakhouse concept of our restaurant”, explains Luciana Nakamura, hotel General Manager. The options for proteins include cuts of beef sirloin, ancho, rump bonbon, porchetta swine, barbecue ribs, short rack of wild boar and french rach of lamb.
In addition, there is still a variety of salads, cold cuts, pizzas, hamburgers and sandwiches. In the portions, including pancetta pururuca with guava barbecue, bolovo and lamb sausage merguez. Among the desserts, brownie or banoffee with ice cream and caramel apple with cinnamon.
